REGTRACK
- Our Register Tracking process, in use by all major banks in SA, provides an electronic system that lodges and then keeps track of applications for NaTIS transactions centrally at participating registering authorities
- RegTrack provides feedback to user institutions regarding the approval and rejection of applications and monies payable for completed transactions
- The system also keeps track of face value documents issued and provides the registering authority with electronic copies of all document submitted with the application
- Management information is provided through dashboards, SLAs and productivity monitoring
- The system allows for increased control of the process, saves expenses on “queue companies”, and is fully auditable, it has slashed the volume of transactional fraud in this environment
