INSTRACK
- InsTrack is used by the insurance industry to manage the registration certificate requests for vehicles on which the banks hold title
- It manages the change of title from the bank to the relevant insurance company and communicates with CerTrack
- It is the system preferred by banks for processing such requests and the data involved is made available to all the banks to protect their interests if such a vehicle is put up for finance thereafter
- The insurance company logs a request within InsTrack for a title change. CerTrack ensures that title is uplifted from the bank’s name, and the registration certificate is withdrawn from store, for change of title to be completed through RegTrack
