As a result of requests from both insurers and VAF entities, our DocHub service has been introduced to allow for the outsourcing of the processing, storage and subsequent dispatch of vehicle registration documents.
The DocHub accepts electronic requests via the CerTrack, RegTrack and InsTrack systems and ensures each record is moved into the correct “state” prior to dispatch of an original certificate to the intended owner/titleholder
This process follows industry best practice ensures that the vehicle record is de-linked from the account/claim details and POPIA compliant.
